Can't log in or reset password

I recently replaced my main computer and can no longer log in. I have tried using the password reset form but I don't get an email sent to me when I specify either my username or my email address. Can you help with this?

- Assigned user cleared.
I was able to get my old computer to boot once again and have retrieved my password. I can access my DotN account once again; please close this ticket.
