Sampire Expire?

Ugh. I don't even know if this is where to post this but at least someone gets to know about this complaint. Wait - two complaints, the first of which is: How do you contact someone about site complaints?
Anyway, what I really wanted to say was this: I signed up last year as a Defender when Pete was driving for more subscribers and promising the Sampire book as a bonus. I lost about a month of my subscription to the problem last Fall where some Defenders were unable to sign in, but even giving the leeway of another month I doubt Pete is going to finish the story.
At this point I pretty much don't care anymore and will probably never subscribe again (this was my second time subscribing) but I just wanted to let it be known that ... well, it sucks.
