Defenders membership

I have a Defenders membership and sent an email to the defendersfix email address, but hadn't gotten a response- basically, the account was renewed after it had expired (I have the paypal receipt), but remains inactive. I'd sent an email over two weeks ago, as well as a follow up a week ago... and nada.
So if I could get an email about this without having to have to go through PayPal to get the charges reversed, it'd be fabulous.
