Site is double loading CSS/JS files

#149

The website contains 4 JS/CSS external links... twice
This likely slows things down for loading browsers

1) Go to http://www.sluggy.com
2) view source
3) observe the following code [near the top]

=========================

<link href="/stylesheets/jquery_ui/lightness/lightness.css" media="screen" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
