Can't renew my Defender of the Nifty password

I've tried typing my Defenders username (Raven Wilder) and the email account I use (sean.flanders@hotmail.com) into the reset password thing, and it SAYS I've been sent an email to change my password, but I NEVER get it. It doesn't even show up in my junk folder; it's just gone. And since my account's still active, I can't even create a new Defenders account without getting a new email address first.
