sluggy.com defender account status page has no renewal link

My sluggy.com Defender of the Nifty account expired in the middle of last month. When I try to log in, the account status page says that I need to use the "paypal link below" to renew. There is no paypal link, below, above, or anywhere else on that page.
The Defender page under the "Sluggy Store" link only appears to handle new accounts, not renewals. So how do I renew?
