Same here. I am 100% certain my password is correct.
Also, the reset password fails for both username and email. -

I went through the "must log in every day" bug and now I'm locked out completely. I checked the expiration on my current defender subscription before the upgrade and it is not due to expire until December.

Same thing was happening to me, then I hit on trying my username in all lowercase and it let me right in. Seems that the new system is case sensitive.

I tried the lower case thing and it didn't work for me. In fact it really didn't really let me try it that way but I eventually did get the thing to accept my lower case and didn't work.

- Tag changed from bugs, defenders, dotn, error, login to bugs, defenders, dotn, error, login, lowercase
Confirmed -- using an all-lowercase form of my username works.

When I tried the lowercase trick, it wouldn't let me. It automatically changed the first letter in my user name to uppercase.

Lower case worked for me.
The "it" that want's to use your old mixed case name is your browser's form fill feature, NOT sluggy. If you clear the field, start typing, and then when you get a pop up with the old name, put the cursor on it and press delete, it will go away. (firefox). Must be something similar in IE.

- State changed from new to hold
Guys,
I apologize - have had a weird week on this end that has had me stuck at my day job.
If you are still having an issue with your defenders account, please email me at bwmcadams@sluggy.com with the details and I will get it resolved ASAP.
USERNAMES ARE, as listed above, CASE SENSITIVE. As are passwords. I'm going to update the code to change usernames to be case insensitive as it's clearly an issue but passwords will remain case sensitive.
