Can't Log In

I am a Defender of the Nifty. My subscription is up to date, but
every time I try to log in it fails.
I know what my user name and password are so I am not clear why the
Defender log in is not working.

- State changed from “new” to “open”
Logins on the new system are case sensitive.
I'm going to make them case insensitive again though, please try again and let me know if you have an issue.
