Hope this thing report thing works? Either way.
News mentioned Defenders issues and I'm one of those with issues. I can't sign in and it won't send a renewal email. It's probably about time to renew my subscription, which is probably contributing, but unless I'm doing it wrong, I can't get to any page that will let me renew: I tried the register option but it tells me there's already an account under that email.
