Store order long delayed

I ordered the Megatome 1 from the store in late December and have not received it, and now cannot even check my status. I would not be so upset, only a) it was a really expensive book, especially for a softcover, and b) I ordered megaton 2 from amazon at the same time, and now it's just sitting around while I wait for volume 1.
I would really like to get the book in, and failing that, I'd like to get some info on it.
