DotN Account shows as Unpaid

Hi,
After you resolved the PayPal link issue, I was finally able to renew my DotN account. My PayPal account sent me a confirmation email for the payment (Transaction ID: 0U484954A0627050H). However, when I attempt to log back into my DotN account, I am informed that my account doesn't exist, and that I need to pay a new membership fee.
